A restaurant operating system: point of sale, kitchen display, table management, online ordering and recipe-level inventory, designed to keep serving when the internet does not.

Devzent — in-house build

A restaurant POS cannot stop working because the connection dropped mid-service, and orders arriving from the counter, a website and a delivery aggregator all have to land in one kitchen queue in the right order. Getting that wrong is visible to every customer in the room.
An offline-first point of sale that queues transactions locally and reconciles when the connection returns, a kitchen display that colour-codes orders by age, and a single order pipeline that treats dine-in, online and aggregator orders identically. Inventory deducts at recipe level, so food cost is visible per item rather than per invoice.
In active development as a Devzent product. No outlets are running it yet, so there are no deployment numbers here — the work to date is the system itself and the decisions inside it.
